HOW TO RETURN
Customers' satisfaction is our unchanging goal. However, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition on the condition that our customer are not 100% satisfied with the items received. Just follow the steps below:
1. Contact our customer service representative to indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
3. Drop off you package at the local post office.
4. As soon as we receive your package, we will process an exchange or issue a refund to your account according to our return conditions.
1. You have14 days to decide if an item is right for you. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. Items worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way cannot be accepted.
3. Items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first cannot be accepted as returned items. The address on the logistics list is not our return address, so once returned according to it, we will not accept.
4. Buyer takes in charge of return shipping cost.
If you need to return the items, we will return the cost of products. The shipping fee you paid when placing an order are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service first time at service@POLLOO.com when you wish to return the items to a return address near to you. you will get back within 24 hours.
Note: We have to deduct the corresponding shipping cost of free-shipping orders when receiving the returned package. Thanks for your understanding.
